About a year and a half ago, I wrote about the sorry story of Deterra Royalties (DRR). In the write-up, I expressed my general reservations with Australian corporate culture, the general dearth of high-quality, durable assets down under, and the way in which both of these features had come together to foil the long-term prospects of one of the best royalty assets in public markets.
