What’s going on here?

I am focused squarely on three things: forward looking fundamental analysis based on quality inflections, coverage of a number of public companies, and general philosophy. My current aim is to produce quality research, with typically 3-6 articles released per month. Some months will be less. If you enjoy studying some of the greatest business models in the world, then you’ll enjoy the blog.

I want to state in the strongest possible terms that I am not offering a stock picking service. I aim to cover business fundamentals in detail, but you won’t find any financial advice here.

I have a number of free articles that should give you a flavour of what I cover. This is not a deep value blog.

I am not and have never been a finance professional. I studied Law and History while at University, and have worked in a variety of fields, although much of the last 5 years has been spent in technology.

I want to encourage as many people to reach out as possible. I love to hear feedback, both positive and constructive. I’m also not averse to the occasional outstanding investment idea and I’m always happy to collaborate. The best method to do this will be through Twitter/X - I’m hopelessly addicted to the platform and will likely message back very quickly. You can find my profile here.
